Positive Destinations Event - Garnock Community Campus
Garnock Community Campus is hosting their annual Positive Destination Event on Friday 22 June 2018.
They are inviting advisors/representatives from universities, colleges and local employers to attend and this invitation extends to you.
Parking will be available at the campus although may be limited. Tea/coffee/home baking will be available throughout the event for all advisors/representatives.
It is an excellent opportunity for senior pupils to find out more about further education in college and university, while thinking of what is going on in the world of work in the Garnock Valley.
The event will be run as a careers fair with each university/college/employer taking a stand.
The auditorium will be available from 9.15am for reps to set up their stands and senior pupils will be there to help you on the day.
The proposed schedule for the event is:
- Period 2: 10.00am-10.50am - all S6 pupils will attend
- Interval: 10.50am-11.05am - tea/coffee/home baking available
- Period 3: 11.05am-11.55am - all S5 pupils will attend
- Period 4: 11.55am-12.45pm - all S4 pupils will attend
Some Business Partners from the Garnock Campus Business Group have already booked up but employers from all of North Ayrshire and beyond are very welcome. To book please contact
